THE VISION
I didn’t build this wedding and events venue because the world needed another event space. I built it because I believe in doing things with intention—and in honoring marriage.
This venue was created through faith, courage, and years of experience helping couples plan weddings in Milton, GA and the surrounding Atlanta area. Too often, I saw couples compromise on service, comfort, or peace of mind. Here, they don’t have to.
From the beginning, every decision was intentional. I built an indoor wedding venue in a safe, sophisticated location where couples can celebrate with confidence and ease with those they cherish most.
The venue's design, flow, and services are shaped by my vast experience, and I've curated a team who shares my heart for creating stress-free, joyful weddings and events.
This is a special place, covered in prayer. My faith in Jesus and the calling placed on my life has led me here and guides how I serve others and lead my team. Its not about me, but all to the glory of God. Therefore, everyone that enters my venue is treated with care, respect, and love.
This venue exists to honor marriage, bring joy to life's special moments, and to give our clients something that is hard to find - authenticity, thoughtfulness, and real peace-of- mind.
I am not an invisible owner, though I have an amazing team, I am invested in every event that takes place here so that clients have direct access to me. I feel like you are guests in my home and deserve my presence.

Founder/Event Planning & Venue Design Lead
With an inherent love of helping others – as Lisa closes in on the design, planning, and execution of 500 weddings – it’s only natural that she has maintained a 5-star rating with the clients she serves. Stellar reviews aside, the true rewards for Lisa come from seeing her couples happy on their wedding day.
After founding SomeTheme Events as “SomeTheme to Talk About” in 2012, she built her business on the simple notion of kindness and endeavors to give people something more than they’re likely to experience anywhere else. To flawlessly execute each client's unique vision, Lisa brings enthusiasm, attention to detail, and an innate talent for being a great listener to the planning table. Her resume includes total room transformations, luxurious floral designs, and coordination for a client list that includes celebrities, some of Atlanta's most affluent professionals, and clients from all walks of life. Her creativity and design execution have earned her the respect of industry professionals.
Among her many accomplishments, Lisa is perhaps most proud of the venue she handpicked and built from the ground up. She wanted to cater to smaller weddings to give people a space to celebrate with those they care most about and a dedicated location to provide the support they need throughout the planning process.
Lisa is every bit as passionate about making planning the wedding as memorable and enjoyable as the “big day” itself. She strives to alleviate the stress that might detract from the experience from the first meeting to the final goodbyes. While she wants the couples she helps to stay happily married forever, she hopes to leave them feeling like they wish they could relive their wedding day all over again.
